We offer initial Mental Health First Aider training as well as the MHFA refresher course. All our training is accredited by Qualsafe.

Programme Overview

Mental Health First Aiders play a vital role in supporting workplace mental wellbeing. They are trained to provide support when an employee experiences mental health issues.

Our MHFA accredited course is delivered by experts in workplace mental health.

Outcomes

• Understand the important factors affecting mental ill health.
• Identify the signs and symptoms for a range of mental health conditions.
• Provide Mental Health First Aid to someone experiencing a mental health issue or crisis.
• Listen non-judgementally and hold supportive conversations using the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
• Signpost people to professional help, recognising that Mental Health First Aiders do not replace the need for ongoing support.

Your team of MHFAiders will be provided with post-training support to set them up for success in their roles.
